For problems in printing your PDF file, we first suggest you verify that the product isn't print disabled. You can check the product description page for that product and if it is print disabled you will see a note in the product information section along the right side of the page.
Assuming the file isn't print disabled, we suggest you check your printer driver to be sure it is up to date and if not please update to the newest version for your computer. Then you will also need to upgrade your Adobe Reader. If you have any version older than 10.0, please uninstall any older versions and download the newest version. If that doesn't work you may want to try downloading the file again just to make sure you didn't get a bad download.
